Christoffer Söderberg has been working professionally as a developer for over 15 years.

He began "tinkering" with programming at the young age of eight, starting with Visual Basic 6.0. A few years later, he worked on his first production websites using the classic LAMP stack.

Since then, it has evolved into a professional career where he has worked as:

• Product Owner
• Change Leader
• Development Manager
• Engineering Manager
• Head of Development/Engineering

Today, he feels most comfortable with code written in Javascript/NodeJS and Python, using databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch. He still quite closelly keeps up to date with PHP world and feels quite comfortable in most tech stacks after a short period of time.

His greatest interest lies in creating an atmosphere for development teams where developers can thrive, regardless of the role he has held within or outside the team. He contributes most when stepping into a role to drive change, whether it's organizational change or rewriting an existing application or infrastructure.

Various examples of projects he has led or been involved in include:

• Introducing better work methods to teams, LEAN & Agile (method based on needs)
• Numerous organizational changes, everything from improving team interactions to reshaping multiple departments
• Transforming dysfunctional teams into high-functioning ones
• Replacing ad servers and libraries communicating with them, running on several of Sweden's most visited news sites
• Planting seeds and developing a basic plan to replace an aging OKD environment with a new server & networkless environment
